This is a book that really deserves the title of “Self Help Book.” It is professionally written yet accessible to any layman. And the audios really succeed in giving one the experiential feeling of being guided by a therapist. I found it very helpful. Well done and thank you.

I have read a lot of self-help books which have helped me, but I always felt that something was missing. Living Better with Yourself finally helped me integrate my body much more in my personal growth.
This is a self-help book with a difference. I’ve read it from cover to cover and enjoyed it immensely. I particularly found the exercises at the end of each chapter very helpful and easy to follow. Text is full of practical examples which must reflect author’s professional experience. And there’s an added asset too: the text is linked to audio files.
The chapter on trauma was so helpful to understand why I act and feel the way I do! And the initial chapters were so helpful in helping me manage my feelings better.
