EXERCISE 05 – Clenching and releasing
A tension-awareness exercise exploring how anger builds and releases in the body. By deliberately creating and relaxing muscular tension, you’ll observe shifts in breathing, thoughts and emotional energy.
EXERCISE 11 – Sitting in front of my anger
A dialogue exercise using two chairs to personify anger. You’ll alternate perspectives, speaking both to and as your anger, deepening understanding of your relationship with it.
EXERCISE 12 – Free to be angry
A movement-based release exercise. You’ll safely imagine and physically express anger, then ground yourself, reflecting on how freely you allow anger to move through you.
EXERCISE 15 – Shaking it off
A somatic release exercise using full-body shaking to disperse angry energy and restore grounded calm.
